Terms of Use

Last updated: 8 October 2026

These terms apply when you use the Sleepy Noises app (the "app"), made by Sleepy Noises LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we"). By using the app, you agree to them.

The app and its content

The app lets you stream and download episodes of the Sleepy Noises podcasts. The recordings, stories, artwork and names belong to us or our licensors. You may listen to them for your own personal, non-commercial use. Please don't copy, re-upload, sell or redistribute them.

Downloads are for listening inside the app and may stop working if an episode is removed.

Accounts

You don't need an account to use the app. If you create one (with Apple, Google or an email link), keep access to that sign-in to yourself: whoever can sign in can use your Premium. You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Account. Deleting it doesn't cancel a subscription (see below). We may close an account that is used to break these terms.

Premium

Premium removes the ads and intros: the app plays ad-free versions of the episodes that have one. Not every episode has one, and the shows, episodes and ad-free versions included can change over time.

Buying in the app. Premium is an auto-renewing subscription, monthly or yearly, bought through the App Store or Google Play and charged to that account. The price is shown in the app before you buy. It renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before. A free trial, if offered, turns into a paid subscription when it ends unless you cancel before. Manage or cancel the subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings; deleting the app or your account doesn't cancel it. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their rules. Premium belongs to the Sleepy Noises account you were signed in with when you bought it; sign in with that account on another phone to use it there.

Supporting Cast members. If you are a member through Supporting Cast, you can add your private links in the app's Premium tab. That membership, its billing and its links are managed on Supporting Cast, under its own terms.

Sleep and safety

The sounds and stories are made to help you relax. They are not medical advice or treatment. If you have trouble sleeping, talk to a doctor. Keep the volume at a safe level, especially with headphones, and don't listen in situations where you need to stay alert, such as driving.

Availability

We work to keep the app running, but it is provided "as is". Episodes, features and shows may change or be removed, and the app may sometimes be unavailable (for example, when a podcast host is down). To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from your use of the app.

Ads

Without Premium, some episodes include ads inserted by our podcast host.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Nothing in them limits rights you have as a consumer under the law where you live.
